
Before you can use your Bluetooth™ headset with your phone, it must be paired once with the phone. Follow the instructions in your phone User guide for turning on the Bluetooth function in the phone.
To pair the headset with your phone:
After a successful pairing, the headset will automatically connect to the phone as soon as it is turned on and within range.

To adjust the volume on your headset:

Voice commands can only be used with the headset if your phone supports voice dialling. For more information, please see your phone User guide.
To make a call using voice commands:
Note: Make sure voice commands are enabled and recorded in your phone before you try to use them.

The headset is automatically turned off:

Once you've paired the headset with your phone, you can make calls when the headset is turned on. Solid objects, walls and a distance greater than 5 metres (16.5 feet) can impair the sound quality. For best performance, wear the headset and the phone on the same side of your body.
To make a call:
Note: You can redial the last number by double-pressing the action key on your headset.

Make sure the headset is charged, switched on and within range of the phone. Check that the headset is paired with your phone and that Bluetooth™ is turned on in the phone (for more information, please see the phone User guide). If problems still occur with the connection between the phone and the headset, you must reset your headset.
To reset your Bluetooth™ headset:
Note: When you reset the headset, all connection settings in the headset will be erased and the connection with your phone will be lost. To use the headset, you will have to pair it again.
