You can pair up to three different phones with your Bluetooth™ Car Speakerphone. The colour ID (blue, purple or orange) indicates which paired phone is currently connected.
Yes, voice dialling is supported. First you must activate voice control in the phone and record voice commands. To do this, please see the phone User Guide. Note:The Bluetooth™ Car Speakerphone must be connected while recording the voice commands.
If your phone is moved too far away from the Bluetooth™ Car Speakerphone, the devices will automatically disconnect. When returning to the speakerphone, make sure the correct colour ID is visible, then press the Call key to reconnect the devices.
When turned on, the handsfree automatically searches for the last phone used. To select another phone, press the Bluetooth™ button repeatedly until your phone's colour ID is shown.
Unfortunately, magic word can only be used with a standard handsfree kit or a car kit. It doesn't work on its own or with Bluetooth devices. The reason is that the Bluetooth device normally powers down to save the battery. If it were to stay on, waiting for a magic word or an answering/busy command, the battery would be drained.
You select a colour to identify each phone you use with the speakerphone. You can also change the phone that a specific colour identifies. A free colour is indicated by the colour ID flashing quickly. A colour already in use is indicated by the colour ID flashing slowly.
