Advanced functions for handling contacts in your phonebook

There are many ways to make your communication easier using your phonebook. You can group phone numbers and email addresses and send messages to a group of people. You can also add your own contact information in an electronic business card that you can send to others.

You can set your phone to automatically ask if you want to save the last caller as a new contact, and you can choose whether you want your contacts to be automatically saved on your SIM card or in your phone memory.

To create an electronic business card:

  1. Select Menu > Contacts.
  2. Highlight New contact, and select Options > My business card > Edit card.
  3. Select Add. Enter a name, and select OK.
  4. Highlight New number, and select Add.
  5. Enter your phone number, and select OK.
  6. Select the appropriate number option.
  7. If you want to add another number, repeat steps 4–7.
  8. If you want you can switch to another tab to find and add more information to the card.
  9. When you have entered all the information you want, select Save.
