Backup to SIM card

You can backup some information (contacts and text messages) to your SIM card. Depending on your SIM card, you may be able to backup 500-2500 contacts. The number of text messages you'll be able to store also depends on your SIM card.

To back up your contacts:
  1. From standby, select "Menu" > Contacts > More.
  2. Select Options > Advanced.
  3. Select Copy to SIM > Copy all.
  4. Your phone will display a message telling you that your SIM contacts will be replaced by your phone contacts. Select "Yes".

To save a text message to your SIM:

  1. From standby, select "Menu" > Messaging > Inbox.
  2. Highlight a message, and select "More" > Save message.
  3. Save your message in Saved messages or Templates, and press "Select".

You will be notified of your memory consumption.
