Back up user data to a memory card

You can back up quite a lot of information to your memory card, including contacts, MMS messages, music, pictures, video, and downloaded content. As a general rule, most of these items are saved to the memory card by default. However, if for some reason you have items saved to the phone memory that you want to back up to the memory card, it's quite easy to do.
