Depending on your phone model, you can use a SIM card, a memory card or a PC synchronisation program to transfer your contacts between the two phones. When you use a SIM card to transfer your contacts, only names and phone numbers are transferred to the new phone. If you have stored other information about your contacts (e.g. a birthday or a picture), the preferred way is to use a memory card or to use a PC synchronisation program.

1. Copy your contacts to the SIM card. Please consult the old phone's user guide, if you don´t know how to do it.
2. When the copying is done, turn off your phone and move the SIM card to your new phone.

1. Turn on the phone.
2. Go to Main menu > Contacts.
3. Tap More > View folder > SIM to see the contacts on the SIM card.
4. Tap More > Mark > Mark all.
5. Tap More > Copy to Contacts to copy the selected contacts to into your new phone.
6. Select the first name from the list to make sure the contacts are copied correctly.
7. The contacts are now copied to the new phone.
8. To view the contacts, tap More > View folder > All phone contacts.
