Depending on your phone model, you can use a SIM card, a memory card or a PC synchronisation program to transfer your contacts between the two phones. When you use a SIM card to transfer your contacts, only names and phone numbers are transferred to the new phone. If you have stored other information about your contacts (e.g. a birthday or a picture), the preferred way is to use a memory card or to use a PC synchronisation program.

In the old phone:

1. Copy your contacts to the SIM card. For help, consult your old phone's user guide.
2. When the phone is finished copying, turn off your phone and move the SIM card to your new phone.

1. Turn on your phone.
2. From standby, tap Start > Contacts.
3. Tap 'Menu' > SIM Manager.
4. Highlight the contact you want to transfer or tap 'Menu' > Select all if you want to transfer all the contacts.
5. Tap 'Menu' > Save to contacts.
