How to get MMS settings

To be able to send and receive MMS messages (picture messages), your network subscription must support picture messages and you must have MMS settings in your phone. These settings may already be in your phone when you buy it.

Depending on your operator you can go to the Phone set-up service on this site to have the settings sent to you in an SMS message. If you are unable to get MMS settings through the Phone set-up service, please contact your operator for the correct settings.

To run Settings download:

  1. Select Menu > Settings > General (tab).
  2. Select Setup wizard > Settings download > Continue.

Note: The first time you start your phone or insert a new SIM card, the Settings download is triggered from the start-up wizard. You can run Settings download as many times as you like from the Settings menu.
