Lock the phone

Activate the manually screen and keys lock to avoid pressing or tapping by accident. You can still answer an incoming call and the screen and key lock will lock again when the call is finished. The phone remains locked until you unlock it manually.

Note: You may still use external keys when the screen and keys are locked. If you wish to lock the external keys, you have to lock them separately.

  • To turn on automatic keylock:
    1. From standby, go to “Main menu” > Control panel > Security > Locks.
    2. Tick Automatic keylock and tap “Done”.
    3. The keypad locks automatically shortly after the last key press, and remains locked until you unlock it manually. You can still answer an incoming call, after which the keypad locks again.
