Your phone has a built-in calendar to which you can add appointments and tasks. In most phones, you can search for a specific appointment, customise the calendar so that the week starts on a specific day, or set the phone to always remind you of appointments.

To add an appointment in the calendar:
From standby, select "Menu" > Organizer.
Select Calendar and highlight a date for your appointment.
Select "Options" > New appointm.
Select "Add" to enter a subject for the appointment.
When done, select "OK".
Select "Edit" to enter a start time for the appointment.
When done, select "OK".
Switch between the tabs if you want to add more information to the appointment.
When you've entered all the relevant information, press "Save".
