How to use the Call waiting function

With the Call Waiting option activated, many different options are available. During an ongoing call you can make a second call and put the first one on hold, or answer a second call. You can also switch between two ongoing calls, join two ongoing calls or connect two ongoing calls and disconnect yourself.
