Update Service is an online application and needs access to the Internet when in use. You only need to install the application once, you never need to update the application. Every time you start the Update Service from your computer, the application accesses the Internet, checks for updates and downloads the latest available software.

Follow the step-by-step instructions in the application in order to perform an update of your phone software.

It is easy to use Update Service:

1. Double-click on the Update Service icon on the desktop.
2. Press and hold down the C key while plugging the USB cable into your phone. Do not release the C key until you are instructed to on the screen, and continue to follow the instructions on the screen.
