Internet access or picture message (MMS) issues

Make sure your subscription covers the desired service(s), and that the selected carrier (e.g. GPRS/EDGE) is available in the area. If you still have problems sending or receiving MMS (picture messages) or accessing the mobile Internet/WAP on your phone, you probably need new settings installed. Go to the Phone set-up service on this site and follow the instructions to receive the settings in an SMS message. You can also contact your operator for the correct settings.

To find your MMS settings:
  1. From standby, select "Menu" > Messaging.
  2. Select Settings > Picture msg.
To find your Internet settings:
  1. From standby, select "Menu" > Settings.
  2. Press the navigation key to the right and select the Connectivity (tab).
  3. Select Internet settings.
