You can synchronise your phone with a PC using a USB cable, Bluetooth™ or Infrared (IR), depending on your phone model. The USB cable is recommended because it's faster when you're transferring a large amount of data, whereas Bluetooth™ and IR can be used to transfer data wirelessly.
Most problems you experience while synchronising usually occur when the computer and the phone do not connect properly.
Note: Too synchronise your phone with a PC, you must install Sony Ericsson PC Suite on the computer.

Bluetooth™ issues:
Make sure your phone and the other Bluetooth™ device are charged, switched on and within range of each other.
Make sure Bluetooth™ wireless technology is turned on, and that the devices are set to be visible for other Bluetooth™ devices.
Check that the two devices are paired, and have found each other.
If there are still problems, you'll have to reset the connection and pair the two devices again.
Note: In some Bluetooth™ installations, you must activate a COM port manually in your computer. This is done differently for different brands and models of Bluetooth™ devices. Please see the manufacturer's product documentation. USB cable issues:
Check that the USB cable is properly connected to the phone and the computer.
Make sure the phone is turned on.
Restart the computer without disconnecting the USB cable or turning off the phone, and try to synchronise again.
If you still experience problems, try to uninstall and reinstall the Sony Ericsson Media Manager.
