To change language settings for messages

There are two kinds of language settings in your phone: Phone Language for the menus and Writing Language for entering text. You can choose to have different languages set for the two, and you can easily change writing language while writing a message.

To change Phone language settings for messages:

From standby select "Menu" > Settings > General (tab)
Select Language > Phone language.
Select the language you want and press "Select".

To change language settings for messages

Select Writing language:
Mark the languages you want and press "Save".
