SMS (Short Message Service) is a method of creating, sending, storing and receiving text messages via mobile phones. You can easily change the writing language or add an item in an SMS message. You can copy and paste text when you're writing your message. If you often use the same phrases and pictures in a message, you can save the message as a template. You can also set the phone to notify you when you receive a new message.

1. From standby, select "Menu" > Messaging > Create new.
2. Select SMS, and enter your message using the keys.
3. You can change writing language, or add an item or a symbol like an emoticon, via "Options".
4. When you've finished writing your message, select "Cont.".
5. Enter a phone number or choose a contact from the phonebook.
6. Select "Send" to send the message.
