M600i support

Update Service does not detect my phone

Try the following:

  • If your phone is turned on or starts up when connecting your phone to the computer:
    1. Disconnect the phone from the USB cable.
    2. Restart the phone.
    3. Run Update Service again, and follow the instructions on the screen.
  • Your phone may be connected to the computer via a faulty USB port. Unplug the USB cable and connect the phone to another USB port.

To restart your phone:

  1. Turn off the phone and remove the battery for 30 sec.
  2. Re-insert the battery and turn on the phone.
