Update Service is interrupted

Very few things can go wrong once the update is running. If you accidentally unplug the USB cable or if a power failure occurs:

  1. Disconnect the phone from the USB cable.
  2. Restart the phone.
  3. Run Update Service again, and follow the instructions on the screen.

To restart your phone:

  1. Turn off the phone and remove the battery for 30 sec.
  2. Re-insert the battery and turn on the phone.
