USB cable issues

If you experience problems when using the USB cable during synchronisation:

  1. Check that the USB cable is properly connected to the phone and the computer.
  2. Make sure the phone is turned on.
  3. Restart the computer, without disconnecting the USB cable or turning off the phone, and try to synchronise again.
  4. If you still experience problems, try to uninstall and reinstall the Sony Ericsson PC Suite.
