By using your phone as a modem, you can get Internet access via your PC. Before you can use your phone as a modem, your service provider must enable your data line. Once the data line is enabled, you must set up your PC.

To be able to use your phone as a modem, you need:
To set up the modem using a USB cable or the Bluetooth™ technology.
To create a connection to your Internet service provider.
To set up the USB cable modem:
Make sure you have the correct Internet settings in your phone.
Connect the USB cable to the computer and the phone.
In the phone: When you attach the USB cable to the phone, a USB connection window appears; select Phone mode.
On the computer: The first time you connect your phone to the computer, you must identify and name the phone. Wait for the drivers to be installed (this is done automatically).
The USB cable modem has now been set up. To create a connection to your Internet service provider:
Click Internet Connection, and in the scrollbar select "Create a new connection".
The Internet Connection Wizard appears. Follow the instructions, and enter the required settings.
