What is a browser?

A Web browser is a software application that enables you to locate and display Web pages. You can search on the Internet for text, images, videos, music, etc., via the Web browser. The Web browser gives you quick and easy access to information on many Web pages at many Web sites by following these links.

Access NetFront™ is preinstalled in all Sony Ericsson phones except the Smartphones, where the Opera™ Web browser is preinstalled. Access NetFront is an HTML browser that supports a complete Web standard suite. The Opera Web browser allows full HTML browsing and supports all de facto standards. It features normal or small-screen rendering as well as full-screen view.
