What are Just in Time Settings?

Just in Time Settings will help you download settings to your phone when you need them.

This means that if your phone needs settings to enable you to browse or send an MMS, for example, and these settings are missing, your phone will ask you to download them. If you accept, the settings you need will be automatically downloaded and installed to your phone via the Settings Download application.
