Plan a route

Wayfinder™ is a mobile navigation system that enables access to world maps. With Wayfinder™ you can plan trips in advance, find a destination or plan a route to a friend.

To use Wayfinder Navigator™:

  1. From standby, select 'Menu' > Location services.
  2. Select Navigation. For first time use, please follow the instructions that appear.
  3. Select Plan route.
  4. Select A > Find, to select your departure destination.
  5. Highlight Search for and press 'Edit', to enter an address. When done, press 'OK'.
  6. Highlight in or close to and press 'Edit', to enter a nearby district or town. When done, press 'OK'.
  7. Highlight Country/State and press 'Select', to select a country or state.
  8. When done, highlight Find and press 'Select'.
  9. Select the address.
  10. Select 'Options' > Set as Start.
  11. Select B > Find, to select your final destination. Repeat step 5- 9. The phone will now calculate a route.
  12. Select Guide and press one of the top keys to see the options menu.
  13. Select 'Options' > Overview map. You can now see your route.
