Transfer contacts to your new phone
To transfer contacts from one phone to another, first copy them to your SIM card. Then transfer the SIM card to the new phone and copy them to that phone's phonebook. You can also do this by using the PC Suite to synchronise your phone with a computer.
Personalise your phone
Change the background image on your phone. Choose a ringtone you want to hear. Add personal ringtones and pictures to your contacts.
Get Connected
The easiest way to get WAP, MMS and email settings is to download settings from your phone. To connect your phone to a computer or other device a USB cable or infrared port can be used. If your phone supports Bluetooth™, you can connect your phone to other devices wirelessly. You will need to pair your phone with the other Bluetooth device.
Additional Features
Some phones have a built-in camera. Some features can be operated using Voice control.
Turning on the phone
The first step with your new phone is to insert the SIM card. Then insert the battery and replace the cover. (Learn some tips to help maximise battery performance). Select Normal/Phone mode or Flight mode when you turn on the phone.
