Getting online
To be able to access the Internet from your phone you need WAP settings. The easiest way to get WAP and email account settings is to download settings from your phone. You can download the settings for Internet and email from the Phone set-up service on this site. If you have problems, try the Troubleshooting wizard. The costs of mobile Internet will depend on your subscription.
Send and receive email
Once your phone is connected to the Internet, you can send and receive email from your existing email account.
Downloading files from the Internet
Use the Media Manager to download music, pictures and other files from the Internet and save them on your phone. You can also transfer them to another device. The PlayNow™ service lets you listen to tracks before you decide to purchase them.
Push email
Some phones support Push email, which lets you receive notification of new email directly to your phone. This service must be supported by your email provider, and you must have an email account set up in your phone.
Browsing the Web
A Web browser is preinstalled on your phone. You can use it to browse the Web. Bookmark interesting sites so you can return to them. You can send links to others via SMS or email. Save passwords to browse efficiently.

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds allow you to see when new content has been added to a Web site. You can use the RSS reader to subscribe to feeds or add feeds from within the Web browser.
Use your phone as a modem
You can use the phone as a modem to connect a computer to the Internet. You need the Sony Ericsson PC Suite to do this.
