Troubleshooting Support
If you're having problems with your phone, check the resources below to see whether the problem is something you can easily solve yourself.
Power problems
There are a number of solutions you can try if your phone will not turn on, or turns itself off. If the phone freezes you may need to restart it. Try these solutions if the battery fails to charge or its capacity is lower than you expect. For animated instructions, please try the Troubleshooting wizard. If the phone lock is turned on, you must enter the four-digit code to be able to turn on the phone.
Is your software up-to-date?
Does your phone - freeze or hang?
- vibrate continuously when you try to switch it on?
- suddenly not perform as you expect it to?
Problems accessing the Internet
Ensure that you have the correct settings in your phone. Faults elsewhere in the network can disrupt access - try connecting again later to see if the problem persists.
Synchronisation
To synchronise your phone with a computer or other device, you must have the correct software installed and the devices properly connected.
Network problems and error messages
If it says "No Network" or "Emergency calls only" in the display, you may be experiencing problems accessing your network, or with your subscription. Other common messages relate to PIN code and SIM card errors. For animated instructions, please try the Troubleshooting wizard.
Problems using SMS or MMS
If you are having problems sending or receiving messages, the settings in your phone may be incorrect. Contact your operator for the correct SMS settings. You can use the MMS set-up wizard to receive the correct MMS settings.
Problems transferring files
Find and view files you have transferred to your phone. Solve Bluetooth™ connectivity issues. Try these solutions if you have problems with the USB cable. Using a USB hub may sometimes lead to connectivity issues.
