I can't turn the phone on

Charge the phone until it has finished charging

First make sure the phone is charged. Attach the charger and charge the phone for about 2.5 hours. Please note that the battery icon may not appear until the phone has charged for 30 minutes. The phone is fully charged when the battery icon stops flashing.
