These instructions will help you install Find It on your phone manually. Alternatively, you can follow the instructions on your Sony Ericsson PC Suite.

Unzip the contents of the file to the desktop

Connect your Sony Ericsson handset to your computer via the USB connector cable
Your phone will ask you what transfer mode you would like to operate in - choose the Mass Storage option
Your phone will now become a ‘removable storage device’ on your PC
Now open “My Computer” and look in the “devices with removable storage”
Select “Phone”
You can now select a folder on your phone to save the install files to (you may wish to create a new folder to hold the install files)
Now copy the two install files from your desktop to one of the folders on your phone
You will now need to disconnect the phone from the computer
Once disconnected the phone will start the back up into your normal phone interface, but now with the “Find It” install files located on the file system
Select your phone menu, and then navigate to and select the “Organiser and tools” menu item
You will now be given a list of menu items - select the “My Files” item
You will now be in the same folder structure as you were when navigating the phones files system on the computer, navigate to the folder you placed the install files in
Once you’re in the folder with the install files, select the Sony-Ericsson-en-Find-It.jad file – it will now ask you to install the application on the handset
Once installed you will be able to start the Find It application from “My Applications” in the phones main menu.
