Where can I get my gift delivered to and how will it be sent?
You can have your luxury gift delivered to your home or work address within the UK. All deliveries will be sent using a traceable Royal Mail service that requires a signature. If you're not in when the delivery is made, you'll receive a card through you door and you will need to collect from the designated post office.
How long will it take for my luxury gift to arrive?
To make sure you are happy with your phone, there's a 14-day cooling off period. Once that time is up, we'll pop your gift straight in the post. So although we quote 28 days, it is sometimes a bit quicker.
Where's my gift? It's taken more than 28 days to arrive.
If you've been waiting for more than 28 days from the date you placed your gift order, please email our customer service team, at sonyericsson.tesco@madabouthandling.com and they'll be happy to help.
How do I book my spa day?
Your spa day voucher will come in the post. This gives you access to our spa microsite.

Once on the site, just enter your postcode (or the postcode of where you'd like to have your spa day if you plan to enjoy it away from home).

The three closest spas will then be shown with facility details and the treatments available.

Pick a spa, given them a call and tell them you're a Tesco mobile spa day promotion customer. Then enjoy.
What happens if my Elemis gift is damaged, or incorrect?
We do our best to make sure we get the correct gift to you in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that your delivery is damaged or incorrect, please return in an unused condition to the address below so we can arrange a replacement:
