Pulse lighting

• Activate the pulsating light effect for your customer to see.
• Go to Contact > Options > Edit Contact > 3rd tab > Pulse notification > Add.
• Scroll up and down to preview and select the colour of pulse light you want.
• Explain to the customer how the phone lights up with incoming calls and received messages.

Gesture control

• Set the phone alarm to ring after a minute.
• Place the phone on the table.
• When the alarm goes off, show the customer how to switch it to snooze simply by waving your hand over the phone.
• Explain to the customer that they can mute an incoming call in the same way.
