1. Open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Sony Ericsson and 3 Hutch UK, their subsidiary or affiliated companies, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To enter go to www.sonyericsson.com/musiceverywhere and click on the Twitter button to be directed to the Sony Ericsson Twentertain_Me Twitter page. There are two ways to enter, the first way: Retweet any of our tweets. How? Just hit the 'retweet' button online or on your phone. Each retweet counts as one entry. The second way: Reply to any of our tweets by answering the question it asks. Just hit the 'reply' button. Each reply counts as two entries. Just be sure to include each question's hashtag. There is no limit to how many tweets you tweet and hence how many times you enter.
3. The activity will run from 26th April to 12th May 2010 inclusive. There will be two main prizes awarded by means of a draw – the first draw closes on 4th May and second draw closes on 12th May. In addition there will be random instant giveaways each week (weeks close midnight on Sunday) of four other prizes. Make sure you follow us at @Twentertain_Me daily to find out whether you've won.
4. The four random instant giveaways consist of: 2 x Sony Ericsson Xperia™ X10 phones / 2 x Sony Ericsson Vivaz™ phones
5. There are two prizes to be won in the main draw. One consists of a musical experience of your choice for two people and one of a European gig of your choice for two people.
6. The selection of the winners and allocation of prizes will be randomly selected under independent supervision. Winners will be notified through announcement on the Twentertain_Me page and via direct message on Twitter within 7 days of the closing date of the draw. Winners will then be asked to supply their name, address, email and contact number to claim their prizes. The information will only be used in conjunction with the Sony Ericsson 'Spotify' campaign. The information will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with any third party companies.

9. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries delayed, corrupted in transmission or not received.
10. The main prizes available consist of: 1 x Ultimate music experience: The prize is for 2 people and includes return economy flights from London to the concert destination, a minimum of 3 nights' 3* hotel accommodation (room only), tickets to a concert or festival of your choice (subject to availability) and Unmissable prize winner management / 1 x European gig: The prize is for 2 people and includes return flights from London to European city, overnight 3* hotel accommodation (room only) in destination and concert tickets of the winners' choice subject to availability and Unmissable prize winner management.
11. There may be restrictions on the music events available.
12. The prize packages are subject to availability at the time of booking and we cannot guarantee access to the winner's preferred event. The trips must be booked through Unmissable and their suppliers and we will not enter into discussions about last minute or internet deals found by the winner.
13. The prizes must be taken by the end of March 2011.
14. As applicable, prizes are based on two people sharing a room.
15. Insurance is not included but is required and will be the responsibility of the travelers.
16. Winners are responsible for their own visas, passports and meeting entry requirements, and winners will be required to accept the detailed conditions attached to individual activities. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, all prizes will only be available to the winners in person.
17. No cash or other alternative prizes will be available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a similar alternative of equal or greater value.
18. Where car hire is included winners are required to have a valid credit card in their own name to act as a guarantee on collection of the vehicle, without this they will not be permitted to hire the car. Drivers must be aged over 21 and over 25 in the USA.
19. For trips to the USA, under the new regulations the min age for check-in at hotels is 21 years, so at least one traveller must be aged 21 or over.
20. Unless otherwise specified, it is the winner's responsibility to find his or her own transport to and from the events / activities and some activities will fall on certain dates so it is the winner's responsibility to ensure they can meet those dates as no substitute is awarded in the absence of the winner.
21. The decision of The Promoter is final in respect of all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The winners' names and counties will be available by sending an email to olivia.romanin@iris-london.co.uk after the closing date.
